Just Bible (justbible.app) is operated by KMK Web Solutions LLC, which is responsible for the information described here. The short version: Just Bible has no accounts, no cookies, no ads, and no AI, and it never sells or shares information about you.
What stays on your device
A few things are saved in your own browser so the app works the way you left it. They never leave your device:
- your light or dark setting, text size, and whether the side menu is open;
- where you last read, so the Bible opens there again;
- verses you highlight;
- the app's files and the chapters you have read, kept so Just Bible opens quickly and works offline, and the whole Bible if you choose to download it from the Home page.
You can remove the downloaded Bible from the Home page, and you can remove everything by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Anonymous visit counts
To know which pages are useful, Just Bible counts page visits with our own simple counter. For each page load it records the page (never anything after the # in the address, so not the verse you are reading), the site that sent you if any, your country and region, whether you are on a phone or a computer, your browser and operating system in a word each, and whether you opened Just Bible as a home-screen app.
It also records a visitor code made by scrambling your connection's address and browser together with that day's date and a secret, so the same device counts once per day. The code changes every day, cannot be turned back into your address, and your address itself is never stored. These counts are kept for 90 days and then deleted. They are stored with KMK Web Solutions LLC's other site counts and are not shared.
Our host, Cloudflare
Just Bible is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not pull or read Cloudflare's request logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and your message, use them only to reply, and do not add you to any list.
Children
Just Bible is for everyone, and it does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Links to other sites
Links to other sites, such as the Bible's publisher, take you to places with their own privacy practices.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
